ClefTrax Terms of Use

ClefTrax is an online music practice app operated by Clicktrax Studios. It provides note-reading practice, instrument fingering references, listening activities, and teaching tools for beginning band students.

Paid access

The listed offer is a one-time payment of $19.99 for 365 days of access, starting when the access code is issued, on up to three browsers or devices. There is no automatic renewal. Each separate browser counts toward the limit. Internet access and a supported browser are required. This purchase provides access to the hosted app; it does not transfer ownership of the app or its source code.

Access codes and use

Keep your access code private. Contact Clicktrax Studios if you lose it or need help resetting a device. Do not publicly post, resell, or distribute access codes, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Teacher-issued and complimentary codes follow the duration and device limits assigned to those codes.

Purchases and refunds

Squarespace and its payment providers process purchases. Contact click@clicktraxstudios.com with your order number for purchase problems or refund requests. Refund requests are reviewed individually. This policy does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

Students, microphone, and references

Adults should manage purchases and provide appropriate guidance to children using ClefTrax. Listen Mode requires microphone permission, which you can decline or turn off. Microphone audio is analyzed on your device. Pitch detection and fingering references are learning aids and may vary with the instrument, environment, and browser; ask your teacher when unsure.

Availability and contact
